Black Dark Evil Monster (Fluffy)

Anyone have a problem with the Black Fluffy not spawning after 1 or two hours of gameplay ?
i was experiencing before like in 0.9.30 and in new version like 1.0, 1.1

they seems to spawn in dark places that wasn't visited by Dwarves or something
